Booking terms

Your booking contract is with the property, not with ORRA.

Holding a room

Choosing a room places a short hold on it so you can pay. A hold is not a booking: if it expires before the payment succeeds, the room goes back on sale and nothing is charged.

Prices, taxes and fees

Prices are shown for the whole stay in the property's own currency, and are made up of the nightly rates plus any taxes and fees the property has configured. The total you see before paying is the total that will be charged.

Payment and confirmation

Payment is taken by the property's payment provider. A booking is only confirmed once that payment succeeds — a failed or abandoned payment leaves the room unbooked.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation terms are set by each property and are shown on the property's booking page before you pay.

To change a booking, look it up with your reference and the email you booked with, or contact the property.
